ABOUT

Why I started JDP Labs.

Jorge Di Pasqua

I'm Jorge, a software engineer from Argentina. I studied Computer Science in Patagonia and have spent more than eight years building software, from internal tools at JPMorgan Chase to SaaS products in the automotive and energy industries.

Over the years, I've realized that what I enjoy most isn't just writing code. It's understanding why we're building something, how people will use it, and seeing it actually work in the real world.

That's a big part of why I started JDP Labs. I wanted to work closer to the product, be involved in the decisions, and help turn ideas into software that people actually use.

Outside of software, I'm also a scuba diving instructor. Diving is a big part of my life, and the inspiration behind the underwater theme of this website.
